Supporting your brand starts with supporting your people. From instructional videos to interactive eLearnings, there are so many options available today that it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. While off the shelf content from vendors works for some, many organizations need to have customized content to fit their demands.

To support the need for customized content, I have created style guidelines and sets of templates for multiple organizations to simplify the content creation process while ensuring that every piece of content represents who the brand wants to be.

Some of the most demanding training needs are interactive eLearnings and videos. By creating toolboxes of common interactions and design components, I was able to cut the development time of this content in half by allowing developers to focus on good content instead of building out interactions from scratch each time.

How it looked

Interactive eLearning templates were developed with an emphasis on efficient development and clear instruction. In this example, learners interact with simulations of their real tools to experience tasks in action.

Branded content templates were implemented for job aids, manuals, and other resources to simplify content development. Additionally, these guidelines ensured that all materials represent the brand.
